Resumen : | Esta investigación tuvo como objetivo principal fue determinar la relación que existe
entre el endeudamiento y la cultura financiera de los estudiantes de administración
de la Universidad Privada Antenor Orrego de la Sede Trujillo en el año 2022. El
estudio se realizó mediante el enfoque cuantitativo no experimental de diseño
descriptivo correlacional; además se utilizaron como instrumentos de recolección
de datos a dos cuestionarios de 14 ítems cada uno, que fueron validados utilizando
la técnica de Kuder – Richardson con un resultado de 0.77; estos sirvieron para
analizar una población de 279 estudiantes pertenecientes a la Población
Económicamente Activa (PEA), con mayoría de edad, pertenecientes desde el
séptimo ciclo hacia adelante durante el periodo de agosto a diciembre del año 2022,
de lo cual se extrajo una muestra de 162 estudiantes con un nivel de confianza de
95% y un error muestral de 5%. Los resultados obtenidos fueron que un 59.88% de
los estudiantes se encuentran con un nivel de endeudamiento bajo y un 48.15%
demostraron un nivel medio de cultura financiera. La conclusión principal fue que
se determinó una relación positiva muy baja entre el endeudamiento de los
estudiantes de administración con las dimensiones de la cultura financiera
consideradas en esta investigación, como el conocimiento, habilidad y actitud
financiera. The main objective of this research was to determine the relationship that exists between indebtedness and the financial culture of the administration students of the Antenor Orrego Private University of the Trujillo Campus in the year 2022. The study was carried out using the non-experimental qualitative approach of correlational descriptive design; also, two questionnaires of 14 items each were used as data collection instruments, which were validated using the Kuder-Richardson technique with a result of 0.77; these were used to analyze a population of 279 students belonging to the Economically Active Population (EAP), of legal age, belonging to the seventh cycle onwards and who have a credit card and/or loans with financial entities during the period from August to December of the year 2022, from which a sample of 162 students was extracted with a confidence level of 95% and a sampling error of 5%. The results obtained were that 59.88% of the students have a low level of indebtedness and 48.15% demonstrated a medium level of financial literacy. The main conclusion was that a low positive relationship was determined between the indebtedness of Administration students with the dimensions of financial culture considered in this research, such as knowledge, ability and financial attitude. |
