Resumen : | El presente estudio tuvo como finalidad establecer las diferencias en el análisis
comparativo de la satisfacción en el servicio de teleconsulta de los pacientes con
covid-19 frente a los pacientes sin covid-19 en un Hospital en Trujillo,
metodológicamente presentó un enfoque cuantitativo, analítico comparativo, no
experimental, transversal, la población estuvo constituido por 3351 pacientes
atendidos por servicio de teleconsulta durante los meses de mayo a noviembre
del 2021 y la muestra se conformó por 88 pacientes, la técnica utilizada fue la
encuesta y como instrumentos se usó un cuestionario con preguntas relacionadas
a la variable teleconsulta médica, como resultado se obtuvo que el 42,7% de los
pacientes con covid-19 presentaron un nivel bajo de satisfacción mientras que el
40,9% de los pacientes sin covid-19 presentron un nivel alto de satisfacción en el
servicio de teleconsulta. Utilizándose la prueba de chi cuadrado, la investigación
concluye que no no existe diferencia estadísticamente significativa en el nivel de
satisfacción de la teleconsulta entre pacientes pacientes con covid – 19 y sin
covid – 19, ya que tuvieron un nivel de significancia del 5% (p<0.05) The purpose of this study was to establish the differences in the comparative analysis of satisfaction in the teleconsultation service of patients with covid-19 compared to patients without covid-19 in a Hospital in Trujillo, methodologically it presented a quantitative, comparative analytical approach , non-experimental, cross-sectional, the population consisted of 3351 patients attended by teleconsultation service during the months of May 2021 to January 2022 and the sample consisted of 88 patients, the technique used was the survey and a questionnaire was used as instruments. questionnaire with questions related to the medical teleconsultation variable, as a result it was obtained that 42.7% of patients with covid-19 presented a low level of satisfaction while 40.9% of patients without covid-19 presented a low level of satisfaction. high level of satisfaction in the teleconsultation service.
