Análisis de vulnerabilidad sísmica de edificaciones unifamiliares de la urbanización Monserrate-Trujillo mediante el método AIS

Abstract

La presente tesis titulada “análisis de vulnerabilidad sísmica de edificaciones unifamiliares de la urbanización Monserrate-Trujillo mediante el método AIS” la cual tiene como objetivo principal evaluar la condición de 5 viviendas ubicadas en la urbanización Monserrate-Trujillo, mediante las condiciones del AIS para determinar el grado de vulnerabilidad sísmica de estas edificaciones clasificándolas como baja, media o alta. Para ello, se realizaron ensayos de esclerometría para obtener información sobre la resistencia a la compresión de los elementos estructurales de las viviendas, las cuales presentaron resistencias superiores a f’c 210 kg/cm2, no obstante este valor no nos asegura que las viviendas sean seguras debido a esto es que se realizaron modelamientos de las edificaciones evaluadas con el fin de conocer su distorsión frente a un sismo , el programa que se utilizó es Etabs, en el cual en base a los planos estructurales que se realizaron con la toma de medidas en las visitas de campo, se realizaron los análisis estático y dinámico de las estructuras, con lo cual se determinó que 03 de las viviendas contaban con derivas de entrepiso dentro de los parámetros normativos, sin embargo aquellas que sufrieron modificaciones o ampliaciones terminaron por obtener estructuras susceptibles a fallas por torsión máxima y derivas de entrepiso superiores a lo indicado en normativa, debido a que existía falta de rigidez en el lado más corto de las estructuras, de esta manera con los datos de modelamiento y el análisis de las estructuras según el Método AIS, el cual mediante fichas prácticas de observación se pudo determinar la vulnerabilidad de las estructuras evaluadas frente a sismos, llegando a determinar que las vulnerabilidad en la urbanización Monserrate corresponde a una vulnerabilidad media, debido a que cuenta con estructuras que han crecido en planta y altura de manera informal, sin apoyo técnico.

To do this, sclerometry tests were carried out to obtain information on the compressive strength of the structural elements of the houses, which presented resistances higher than f'c 210 kg / cm2, however this value does not assure us that the houses are Due to this, modeling of the evaluated buildings was carried out in order to know their distortion in the event of an earthquake, the program that was used is Etabs, in which based on the structural plans that were made with the taking of measurements In the field visits, the static and dynamic analyzes of the structures were carried out, with which it was determined that 03 of the houses had mezzanine drifts within the normative parameters, however those that suffered modifications or extensions ended up obtaining structures susceptible to failure due to maximum torsion and mezzanine drifts higher than indicated in the regulations, due to the lack of of stiffness on the shortest side of the structures, in this way with the modeling data and the analysis of the structures according to the AIS Method, which by means of practical observation sheets it was possible to determine the vulnerability of the evaluated structures to earthquakes, Getting to determine that the vulnerability in the Monserrate urbanization corresponds to a medium vulnerability, due to the fact that it has structures that have grown in plan and height in an informal way, without technical support.
