La gestión de residuos sólidos y su influencia en la protección ambiental en la municipalidad distrital de Laredo, en el periodo 2021

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación denominado “La gestión de residuos sólidos y su influencia en la protección ambiental en la municipalidad distrital de Laredo, en el periodo 2021” tiene como propósito establecer la importancia de la gestión de residuos sólidos para influenciar en la protección ambiental en la municipalidad distrital de Laredo. Por lo tanto, tuvo como problema general ¿De qué manera la gestión de residuos sólidos influye en la protección ambiental en la municipalidad distrital de Laredo, en el periodo 2021? Y se plantea como hipótesis que: “La gestión de residuos sólidos influiría en el buen uso de la protección ambiental en la municipalidad distrital de Laredo” El tipo de investigación es cualitativo, transversal y observacional. El método es inductivo. Se utilizó como técnica de recolección de datos a la entrevista y como instrumento a la guía de entrevista. Dentro de las unidades de análisis se entrevistaron a tres funcionarios públicos, tres especialistas en materia ambiental y tres ciudadanos del distrito de Laredo; asimismo se utilizaron documentos y programas en gestión de residuos sólidos para analizar el estado actual del plan de manejo en gestión de residuos sólidos en la municipalidad distrital de Laredo. Por último, finalizada la investigación, se obtuvieron las siguientes conclusiones: Respecto a la importancia de la gestión de residuos sólidos para influenciar en la protección ambiental en la Municipalidad distrital de Laredo, se infirió que para poder implementar una mejor gestión de los residuos sólidos que comprenda desde la segregación, reciclaje, traslado y disposición final, es importante que la Municipalidad distrital de Laredo obtenga financiamiento nacional o internacional de alguna corporación dedicada a proyectos ambientales; de igual forma, disponer de un relleno sanitario para la transferencia de sus residuos sólidos. Por lo tanto, la gestión de residuos sólidos influiría en el buen uso de la protección ambiental en la municipalidad distrital de Laredo. Además, al analizar la gestión de los residuos sólidos en la Municipalidad distrital de Laredo, se puede afirmar que no VIII se brinda un adecuado manejo de los residuos sólidos; puesto que, se necesitan recursos económicos y más especialistas en materia ambiental capacitados en la realización de una correcta gestión y disposición final de los residuos sólidos producidos por los ciudadanos de Laredo. Asimismo, al analizar la protección del derecho ambiental en la Municipalidad distrital de Laredo, se puede afirmar que algunos ciudadanos de Laredo demuestran conciencia ambiental y tienen conocimientos y actitudes responsables sobre los efectos contaminantes que generan los residuos sólidos sobre el medio ambiente; puesto que, gradualmente están tomando el hábito de reciclar sus residuos sólidos, reconociendo que el reciclaje puede generar cambios positivos en la protección ambiental. Se recomienda implementar un programa ambiental de manejo de residuos sólidos que abarque toda la jurisdicción de Laredo y poder crear una infraestructura adecuada para el destino final de estos, buscando coordinaciones con empresas privadas en la protección ambiental; de igual modo, capacitar a la colectividad en general, mediante charlas en temas ambientales, para generar conciencia ambiental, y de esta forma, disminuir las practicas inadecuadas en el manejo de los residuos sólidos que influyen negativamente sobre el medio ambiente.

The present research work called ""Solid waste management and its influence on environmental protection in the district municipality of Laredo, in the period 2021"" has the purpose of establishing the importance of solid waste management to influence environmental protection in the district municipality of Laredo. Therefore, the general problem was: How does solid waste management influence environmental protection in the district municipality of Laredo in the period 2021? And the hypothesis is: ""Solid waste management would influence the good use of environmental protection in the district municipality of Laredo"". The type of research is qualitative, cross-sectional and observational. The method is inductive. The data collection technique used was the interview and the interview guide was used as an instrument. Among the units of analysis, three public officials, three environmental specialists and three citizens of the district of Laredo were interviewed; documents and programs on solid waste management were also used to analyze the current status of the management plan for solid waste management in the district municipality of Laredo. Finally, at the end of the research, the following conclusions were drawn: Regarding the importance of solid waste management to influence environmental protection in the district municipality of Laredo, it was inferred that in order to implement better solid waste management that includes segregation, recycling, transfer and final disposal, it is important for the district municipality of Laredo to obtain national or international funding from a corporation dedicated to environmental projects; likewise, to have a sanitary landfill for the transfer of its solid waste. Therefore, solid waste management would influence the good use of environmental protection in the district municipality of Laredo. In addition, when analyzing the management of solid waste in the district municipality of Laredo, it can be affirmed that solid waste is not adequately managed, since there is a need for economic resources and more environmental specialists trained in the proper X management and final disposal of solid waste produced by the citizens of Laredo. Likewise, when analyzing the protection of environmental law in the district municipality of Laredo, it can be affirmed that some citizens of Laredo demonstrate environmental awareness and have knowledge and responsible attitudes about the contaminating effects that solid waste generates on the environment, since they are gradually getting into the habit of recycling their solid waste, recognizing that recycling can generate positive changes in environmental protection. It is recommended to implement an environmental program for solid waste management that covers the entire jurisdiction of Laredo and to create an adequate infrastructure for the final destination of solid waste, seeking coordination with private companies for environmental protection. It is also recommended to train the community in general, through talks on environmental issues, to generate environmental awareness, and thus reduce inadequate practices in the management of solid waste that negatively affect the environment.
