Resumen : | La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo determinar la influencia del comercio
electrónico en las ventas de la empresa de calzados SEFELMIRA S.A.C. El diseño
de investigación fue de tipo correlacional causal, para la recopilación de datos se
empleó la técnica de la encuesta, aplicando el cuestionario como instrumento y el
análisis estadístico se realizó a través del software estadístico SPSS 22. La
población y muestra estuvo constituida por 30 colaboradores con contrato vigente
al momento de realizar la indagación y que laboraba en la unidad económica, objeto
del estudio. Se utilizó la prueba de contrastación de hipótesis y la correlación de
Pearson, que permitió obtener un nivel de significancia 0.000 e índice de correlación
de Pearson de 0.839, que sirvió para arribar al objetivo de establecer el coeficiente
de determinación del 70% que expresa el porcentaje de influencia de la variable
independiente (Comercio electrónico) sobre la variable dependiente (Ventas). Se
concluyó que el comercio electrónico influye significativamente en las ventas de la
empresa de calzados SEFELMIRA S.A.C en el distrito de Trujillo, 2021. The objective of this research was to determine the influence of electronic commerce on the sales of the footwear company SEFELMIRA S.A.C. The research design was of the causal correlational type. For data collection, the survey technique was used, applying the questionnaire as an instrument and the statistical analysis was carried out through the SPSS 22 statistical software. The population consisted of 30 collaborators. with a valid contract at the time of the investigation and who worked in the economic unit, object of the study. The hypothesis contracting test and the Pearson correlation were used, which allowed obtaining a significance levelof 0.000 and a Pearson correlation index of 0.839, which served to reach the objective of establishing the coefficient of determination of 70% that expresses the percentage of influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable. It was concluded that electronic commerce significantly influences the sales of the footwear company SEFELMIRA S.A.C in the district of Trujillo, 2021. |
