en 36.04ª D.E +/-10.03 años OR 2.1 (1.34-3.16).

OR 0.95 (0.24-0.91).
To determine factors associated with adherence to antiretroviral treatment in patients with HIV/AIDS Castilla 2021. Methodology: A case-control study was carried out, where two samples were screened into adherent (good level of adherence) and non-adherent (poor level of adherence) with 180 patients for each group selected from the town of Castilla Piura, in 2021. Type of non-random sampling. Results: The average age of the patients with poor adherence was 35.03rd SD +/- 13.75 and in the case of adherents with a good level, it was 36.04th SD +/- 10.03 years OR 2.1 (1.34-3.16). Males are present in 75.6% of patients and in the case of females they are in 24.4%, OR: 1.27 (0.31-1.21). The level of instruction we establish that they present a secondary level in 78.3% OR 0.51 (0.12-0.49) followed by the higher university level in 6.1% OR=0.82 (0.21-0.78).
