Resumen : | El presente estudio de tipo descriptivo, correlacional cuyo objetivo fue determinar
la relación del funcionamiento familiar con el aislamiento social en tiempos de
COVID-19 en adolescentes que participan en la parroquia Jesús de Nazareth. La
muestra estuvo conformada por 79 adolescentes a quienes se les aplicó un
cuestionario de Aislamiento Social y una Escala de Evaluación de Cohesión y
Adaptabilidad Familiar. Los resultados indican que según el funcionamiento
familiar el 45.57% fue alto, el 29.11% medio y el 25.32% bajo. Según las
dimensiones del funcionamiento familiar, la dimensión de cohesión, el 30.38% está
conectada, el 29.11% está separada, el 27.85% está amalgamada y el 12.66%
está desligada, mientras que, en la dimensión de adaptabilidad, el 84.81% está
caótica, el 11.39% flexible, el 2.53% estructurada y el 1.27% está rígida. En cuanto
al aislamiento social el 86.08% fue medio, el 7.59% bajo y el 6.33% alto. Según
sus dimensiones, en la socialización el 82.28% es bajo y el 12.72% es medio, la
dimensión soledad el 50.63% es medio, el 46.84% es alto y el 2.53% es bajo y en
la conducta antisocial el 59.49% es alto mientras que el 40.51% es medio.
La prueba estadística Chi-cuadrada fue de 24.791 con un p=0.000, donde se
concluye que existe relación significativa entre el funcionamiento familiar con el
aislamiento social en tiempo de COVID-19 en los adolescentes que participan en
la parroquia Jesús de Nazareth. The present research study was descriptive, correlational, the objective of which was to determine the relationship of family functioning with social isolation in times of COVID-19 in adolescents participating in the Jesús de Nazareth parish. The sample consisted of 79 adolescents to whom a Social Isolation questionnaire and a Family Cohesion and Adaptability Evaluation Scale. The results indicate that according to the family functioning, 45.57% was high, 29.11% was medium and 25.32% was low. According to the dimensions of family functioning, the dimension of cohesion, 30.38% is connected, 29.11% is separated, 27.85% is amalgamated and 12.66% is disconnected, while, in the dimension of adaptability, 84.81% is chaotic, 11.39% flexible, 2.53% structured and 1.27% rigid. Regarding social isolation, 86.08% was medium, 7.59% low and 6.33% high. According to its dimensions, in socialization 82.28% is low and 12.72% is medium, the dimension loneliness 50.63% is medium, 46.84% is high and 2.53% is low and in antisocial behavior 59.49% is high while that 40.51% is medium. The Chi-square statistical test was 24,791 with a p = 0.000, where it is concluded that there is a significant relationship between family functioning and social isolation in time of COVID-19 in adolescents who participate in the Jesús de Nazareth parish. |
