Resumen : | El propósito de esta investigación fue determinar las características
epidemiológicas y obstétricas de Mola Hidatiforme durante los años 2005- 2019.
Hospital Regional Docente Trujillo, para lo cual se realizó un estudio observacional
de diseño descriptivo simple, en una muestra de 172 historias clínicas. Se encontró
que el 0.3% de las pacientes atendidas en el departamento de Gineco-obstetricia.
registro el diagnóstico de mola hidatiforme; las características epidemiológicas de
los casos son: edad entre 20 a 29 años el 42.4%, estado civil conviviente el 70.4%
grado de instrucción secundaria el 52.3%, y el lugar de procedencia de las
pacientes fue urbano con 86.6%. Las características obstétricas de los casos son:
no nulíparas el 67.4%, edad gestacional entre una y doce semanas el 61%, sin
antecedentes de aborto el 69.2% y con uso de método anticonceptivo después del
embarazo molar el 54.1%. The purpose of this research was to determine the epidemiological and obstetric characteristics of hydatidiform mole during the years 2005-2019. Trujillo Regional Teaching Hospital, for which an observational study with a simple descriptive design was carried out, in a sample of 172 medical records. It was found that 0.3% of the patients cared for in the obstetrics-gynecology department. record the diagnosis of hydatidiform mole; the epidemiological characteristics of the cases are: age between 20 and 29 years old, 42.4%, cohabiting marital status, 70.4.3%, secondary education grade, 52.3%, and the place of origin of the patients was urban with 86.6%. The obstetric characteristics of the cases are: 67.4% non-nulliparous, 61% gestational age between one and twelve weeks, 69.2% without a history of abortion, and 54.1% using a contraceptive method after molar pregnancy. |
