Resumen : | Objetivo: Determinar si los estudiantes de Séptimo ciclo a Doceavo ciclo de la
Facultad de Medicina Humana UPAO ejercen un estilo de vida saludable y si su
índice de masa corporal está evidenciado en su capacidad nutricional, nivel de
actividad física y calidad de sueño.
Material y Métodos: Se realizó un estudio no experimental, transversal de tipo
explicativo. La población abarca todos los alumnos del séptimo a doceavo ciclo de
la Facultad de Medicina, durante el año 2019.
Resultados: Se determinó aceptar la hipótesis nula y rechazar la hipótesis de
investigación, Por el estudio se afirma que los alumnos que tienen un IMC normal,
el 74,7 % tienen un estilo de vida no saludable y un 25,3 %, muestran un estilo de
vida saludable; los alumnos que tienen un IMC de sobrepeso u obesidad el 76, 4
% tienen un estilo de vida no saludable y el 23,6 % saludable.
Conclusiones:
El 75. 5 % tienen un estilo de vida no saludable, 24.5 saludable, el IMC, no tiene
relación con el estado nutricional, actividad física y calidad de sueño. Existe un
alto índice de alumnos con sobrepeso u obesidad 48, 7%. Objective: Determine if the students from Seventh to Twelfth cycle of the Faculty of Human Medicine UPAO exert a healthy lifestyle and if their body mass index is evidenced in their nutritional capacity, level of physical activity sleeping quality. Material and Methods: A non-experimental, cross-sectional explanatory study was carried out. The population includes all students from the seventh to twelfth cycle of the Faculty of Medicine, during the year 2019. Results: It was determined to accept the null hypothesis and reject the research hypothesis. The study states that students who have a normal BMI, 74.7% have an unhealthy lifestyle and 25.3%, show a healthy life style; Students who have a BMI of overweight or obesity 76, 4% have an unhealthy lifestyle and 23.6% healthy. Conclusions: 75.5% have an unhealthy lifestyle, 24.5 healthy, the BMI, is not related to nutritional status, physical activity and sleep quality. There is a high index of students with overweight or obesity 48.7%. |
