Resumen : | La presente investigación tuvo por finalidad determinar las comunicaciones de
marketing que permitirán promover los recursos turísticos del Bosque Natural El
Cañoncillo, del distrito de San José, en la población viajera de la ciudad de Trujillo,
2020. La población de estudio estuvo conformada por 82 572 viajeros trujillanos,
representados en una muestra de 382 personas de 18 a 64 años de edad. El diseño
utilizado fue descriptivo, de corte transversal. Los instrumentos para la recolección de
datos fueron un cuestionario virtual, para la parte cuantitativa, y entrevistas y focus
group, para la cualitativa. Las conclusiones de este estudio señalan que la publicidad,
promoción de ventas, relaciones públicas y el marketing digital, técnicas de las
comunicaciones de marketing, ayudarán a promover los recursos turísticos del espacio
natural del distrito de San José en la población objetivo. Además, se identificó que en
el mensaje a comunicar en la promoción turística se debe destacar: el bosque, las
lagunas y las dunas; y, como actividades: el excursionismo, el sandboarding y las
caminatas relacionadas al turismo de aventura y naturaleza. Como resultado se
propuso un plan de comunicación de marketing con las respectivas herramientas y
medios de promoción. The purpose of this research was to determine the marketing communications that will allow promoting the tourist resources of the El Cañoncillo Natural Forest, in the San José district, in the traveling population of the city of Trujillo, 2020. The study population was made up of 82 572 Trujillo travelers, represented in a sample of 382 people between 18 and 64 years of age. The design used was descriptive, cross-sectional. The instruments for data collection were a virtual questionnaire, for the quantitative part, and interviews and focus group, for the qualitative part. The conclusions of this study indicate that advertising, sales promotion, public relations and digital marketing, techniques of marketing communications, will help to promote the tourist resources of the natural area of the San José district in the target population. In addition, it was identified that the message to be communicated in the tourism promotion should highlight: the forest, the lagoons and the dunes; and, as activities: hiking, sandboarding and walks related to adventure tourism and nature. As a result, a marketing communication plan was proposed with the respective promotional tools and means. |
