Resumen : | Estudio descriptivo correlacional y de corte transversal, cuyo objetivo fue determinar
la relación entre hábitos alimentarios y estado nutricional en adolescentes del
Colegio Miguel Grau Seminario Salaverry, 2019. Conformada por 168 adolescentes
de 12 a 17años; se aplicaron dos instrumentos. Los resultados fueron 59.5% de
adolescentes entre 12 a 14 años, respecto al sexo predominan el femenino con
50.6%. En relación a hábitos alimentarios el 80.3% tiene hábitos alimentarios no
saludables y el 19.7% hábitos alimentarios saludables; respecto al estado
nutricional el 46.4% normal, el 37.5% sobrepeso, el 9.5% desnutrición y el 6.5%
obesidad. En relación a hábitos alimentarios y estado nutricional; el 37.5% tiene
hábitos alimentarios no saludables y un estado nutricional normal, el 31.5%
sobrepeso, el 7.1% desnutrición y 4.2% obesidad, mientras que con hábitos
alimentarios saludables el 8.9% presentan estado nutricional normal, el 6.0%
sobrepeso y el 2.4% desnutrición y obesidad respectivamente. El estadístico 𝑋de Pearson es 10.312 y un p-valor de 0.016 el cual es menor a α<0.05; por lo que demuestra que los hábitos alimentarios están relacionados con el estado nutricionalen adolescentes de la institución educativa Miguel Grau Seminario del Distrito de
Salaverry , 2019. Descriptive correlational and cross-sectional study, whose objective was to determine the relationship between eating habits and nutritional status in adolescents of the Miguel Grau College Salaverry Seminary, 2019. Made up of 168 adolescents aged 12 to 17 years; Two instruments were applied. The results were 59.5% of adolescents between 12 and 14 years, with respect to sex, the female predominates with 50.6%. In relation to eating habits, 80.3% have unhealthy eating habits and 19.7% have healthy eating habits; Regarding nutritional status, 46.4% normal, 37.5% overweight, 9.5% malnutrition and 6.5% obesity. In relation to eating habits and nutritional status; 37.5% have unhealthy eating habits and a normal nutritional status, 31.5% overweight, 7.1% malnutrition and 4.2% obesity, while with healthy eating habits 8.9% have normal nutritional status, 6.0% overweight and 2.4% malnutrition and obesity respectively. Pearson's X ^ 2 statistic is 10,312 and a p-value of 0.016 which is less than α <0.05; so it shows that eating habits are related to the nutritional status in adolescents of the educational institution Miguel Grau Seminar of the Salaverry District, 2019. |
