dc.description.abstract | OBJETIVO: Determinar la existencia de asociación entre percepción negativa por parte de internos y su rechazo a la atención durante estado de pandemia por COVID 19 en Piura. MATERIAL Y MÉTODO: Estudio de tipo observacional, analítico- transversal, prospectivo con recolección de datos primarios de cohorte muestral mediante uso de plataforma virtual Google Forms; previa aceptación de consentimiento informado en internos de Medicina Humana, para recolección de encuesta autoaplicada y asociación de datos mediante estadística analítica con una significancia de p<0,05 para su interpretación. RESULTADOS: El promedio para la edad general de los participantes fue de 24.48 (D.E: 1.34) años y con un rango de edad con mayor presencia entre los 23 a 25 años, un 84.21% de los registros (128 respuestas) mencionaron que no se encontraban en su sede original. Un 24.34% del total de internos abordados estos fueron distribuidos en Sullana siendo el mayor porcentaje presente encontraremos que existe una asociación entre puntajes de percepción negativa a partir de rangos moderados graves para una generación significativa para el rechazo en la atención de pacientes durante estado de pandemia con un valor para p: 0.002 (IC: 0.001-0.045). dc.description.abstract | OBJECTIVE: To determine the existence of an association between negative perception by inmates during a COVID 19 pandemic in Piura. MATERIAL AND METHOD: An observational, cross-sectional, prospective study with the collection of primary data from the sample cohort using the Google Forms virtual platform; prior acceptance of informed consent in inmates of Human Medicine, for self-administered survey collection and data association through analytical statistics with a significance of p <0.05 for interpretation.
