Resumen : | La presente investigación se trazó como objetivo, determinar si la Diabetes Mellitus
tipo 2, VIH/SIDA y malnutrición están asociadas a pacientes con tuberculosis
pulmonar MDR en la región la Libertad 2021-2022, estudio de tipo transversal,
analítico, retrospectivo y observacional, considerando una muestra de 292
pacientes diagnosticados con tuberculosis pulmonar MDR en la región la Libertad
2021-2022. En sus resultados, se demuestran que la edad de los pacientes
evaluados más sobresaliente, es de 20 a 29 años (25,7%); 30 a 39 años (22,3%);
50 a 59 años (16,4%); 10 a 19 años (8,9%); 60 a 69 años (7,9%); 70 a 79 años
(3,8%); 80 a 89 años (1%); 90 a 99 años (0,3%); el 71,92% de los pacientes son
masculino y el 28,08% son femenino; del total de pacientes el 43,8% se encuentra
en tratamiento, el 28,4% no se obtuvieron registro; el 8,6% abandonaron el
tratamiento, el 6,2% están curados, el 5,8% han fallecido; el 6,2% tratamiento
completo; 0,7% fracasaron con el tratamiento y el 0,3% fueron transferido a centros
de salud para que continúen el tratamiento. Llegando a la conclusión que no existe
prevalencia del VIH/SIDA, diabetes mellitus tipo 2, la mal nutrición en los pacientes
con TB pulmonar MDR (p=0,054; p= 0,254; p= 0,419) siendo mayor a 0,05
respectivamente. The objective of this research was to determine if type 2 Diabetes Mellitus, HIV/AIDS and malnutrition are associated with patients with MDR pulmonary tuberculosis in the La Libertad region 2021-2022, being a cross-sectional, analytical, retrospective and observational study. , considering a sample of 292 patients diagnosed with MDR pulmonary tuberculosis in the La Libertad region 2021-2022. Concluding that there is no prevalence of HIV/AIDS, type 2 diabetes mellitus, malnutrition in patients with MDR pulmonary TB (p=0.054; p= 0.254; p= 0.419) being greater than 0.05 respectively. |
