Resumen : | El presente trabajo de investigación tuvo como finalidad determinar la
Relación entre clima laboral y síndrome de Burnout en enfermeras de áreas
críticas Covid-19 Hospital Regional Docente de Trujillo, 2022. El tipo de estudio
fue no experimental, descriptivo-correlacional de corte transversal; se contó con
una muestra de 81 enfermeras, a quienes se les aplicó dos instrumentos para la
recolección de datos y así medir las variables de la investigación. Los resultados
obtenidos fueron: el 60.5 % tenía entre 20 a 35 años; 92.6 % eran de sexo
femenino, por área de trabajo se encuentra la Emergencia con un 61.7% y por
tiempo de servicio de 1 a 3 años con un porcentaje de 64.2%. En el Clima
Laboral, se obtuvo un nivel favorable con un 46.9%. En cuanto al síndrome de
Burnout se encontró un nivel medio con un porcentaje de 82.7%. Según la
prueba estadística Chi Cuadrado nos da un valor de p menor a 0.05 (p=0.0011);
es decir, se evidencia relación estadísticamente significativa entre el clima
laboral y el síndrome de Burnout en enfermeras del Hospital Regional Docente
de Trujillo, 2022. The purpose of this research work was to determine the relationship between the work environment and Burnout syndrome in nurses from critical areas Covid-19 Hospital Regional Docente de Trujillo, 2022. The type of study was non-experimental, descriptive-correlational, cross-sectional; There was a sample of 81 nurses, who were applied two instruments for data collection and thus measure the research variables. The results obtained were: 60.5% were between 20 and 35 years old; 92.6% were female, by area of work there is the Emergency with 61.7% and by time of service from 1 to 3 years with a percentage of 64.2%. In the Labor Climate, a favorable level was obtained with 46.9%. Regarding Burnout syndrome, a medium level was found with a percentage of 82.7%. According to the Chi Square statistical test, it gives us a p value less than 0.05 (p=0.0011); that is, there is a statistically significant relationship between the work environment and Burnout syndrome in nurses at the Trujillo Regional Teaching Hospital, 2022 |
