de paneles, equipos necesarios para el uso de la energía fotovoltaica, entre otros);
congruencia con la hipótesis planteada por nuestra Tesis Our research project proposed as an objective to improve the productivity of pumping and irrigation carried out in the SIL farm, located in Chiclayito Piura, through the design and implementation of an embedded system and the change of energy source for the development of these processes. For this purpose, surveys were made to the person who developed the pumping and irrigation processes in order to identify the actions and inputs used for such activities, at this point we developed the measurement of the initial productivity associated with the cost of transporting water needed for the farm and the man hours used to obtain it, which was 0.24 m3 of water for each S/1 (sol) used. Subsequently, using the information obtained from the survey and the observation of the processes to be improved, we developed the sizing of the new energy system, which was designed and implemented using photovoltaic energy (number of panels, equipment needed for the use of photovoltaic energy, among others); and the needs were determined (sensors, microprocessor, actuating devices, instruments, among others) required for the control of the pumping and irrigation processes through an embedded system, which included level and irradiance sensors for the development of the pumping and irrigation processes. On the other hand, in order to obtain critical information for the implementation of the embedded system, it was necessary to measure the recovery capacity of the reservoir using the sensor selected for the measurement of its level, an Arduino Uno card and a module for managing micro SD memory in which the information obtained by the sensor was recorded; thus, through a data logger program, the curve of emptying and recovery of the reservoir was obtained, which allowed us to obtain the number of times that could be pumped during the day and thus further adjust the productivity rates. Finally, the post-implementation productivity of the embedded and photovoltaic systems associated with irrigation and pumping in the SIL farm was determined which was 6.23 m3 of water for each S/1 (sol) used. , which leads to the conclusion that the productivity of the pumping and irrigation processes in the SIL farm was improved, in congruence with the hypothesis stated in our thesis |
